Energy Estate is passionately committed to accelerating the transition of the energy industry and the decarbonisation of industry. We are proud to be the leading developer and strategic designer of advanced industrial precincts across Australia.

With our partners, Energy Estate is developing large scale renewable energy and green hydrogen projects in Central Queensland near Gladstone, at Abbot Point in Queensland, on the Walcha plateau in NSW, in the Hunter Valley in NSW, in Texas, USA and elsewhere internationally. We are also accelerating a number of innovative energy start-ups through our EnergyGrowth platform.

Over the last three years we have built a reputation in the market for sound strategic advice, initiated and exited over 1.24GW of utility-scale renewable-energy development opportunities, advised on over 4GW of M&A development transactions and accelerated a further pipeline of over 10GW of development investment opportunities.

What we do

Energy Estate is a developer of large-scale energy transition projects, an accelerator of innovative business opportunities and a strategic adviser, both commercial and technical, to clients on their decarbonisation initiatives.

As an adviser, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their decarbonisation aspirations, whether by helping them to develop or invest in energy projects,  plan their transition or reframe their supply chains (such as power, heat or fuel). We are focussed on digitisation of the industry, new and emerging technologies, and the potential for creating jobs and economic growth through this approach.  

As a developer and accelerator, we pursue strategic partnerships with co-developers, investors, technologists and other stakeholders to innovate and accelerate transformative ideas, and develop global-scale energy projects and industrial precincts.

This strategy is underpinned by our deeply experienced multi-disciplinary team, complementing the skills of our partners. Having been intimately involved in some of the most significant decarbonisation projects and transactions globally, the integrated commercial, engineering and stakeholder engagement skills across the energy value-chain enables us to focus on delivering projects and providing advice quickly and cost-effectively.
