David Wenger is the General Counsel of Energy Estate, responsible for strategic advice, transaction structuring, negotiation and implementation, risk management, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Energy Estate, David was a corporate lawyer with leading law firms in Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong, where he gained broad experience in all aspects of corporate law across multiple disciplines.

David has worked on transactions in numerous countries and has expertise in corporate law, capital markets, energy and resources, funds management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, private equity, joint ventures, and privatizations.
