Mark Richards is an infrastructure lawyer with experience in construction and infrastructure projects in the UK and Australia.

Prior to joining Energy Estate, Mark was a Commercial and Strategic Development Manager at Jemena, where he advised on commercial and legal risks across renewable projects. Mark has overseen the strategy and development of over $5 billion worth of greenfield and brownfield development across a mixture of renewable infrastructure projects.

He has also advised on gas pipeline projects, grid connections, telecommunications, and social infrastructure. Mark is qualified and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Victoria, Australia.
